After his marriage proposal was rejected by his partner, a Nigerian guy undoubtedly believed the ground should give way and consume him. The guy had gone on one knee in a Delta State mall to propose to his lady in an effort to pull off a surprise romantic engagement.
The lady plainly declined with a succession of ‘no’ screams before storming away from the scene of the proposal.

In the midst of attention from spectators who had undoubtedly assumed the engagement would end happily, he had the expression of someone who had missed a job interview.
