TECNO celebrates the introduction of Phantom X in Ghana

The Phantom X, the latest smartphone in TECNO Ghana’s Phantom series, is the first high-end smartphone with a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 48-megapixel selfie camera.

This is the first time the series has been seen since a Phantom device was not released in 2020. According to TECNO Training Manager, Cyril Amarteifio, the Phantom X, which includes a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED borderless curved display, is a major upgrade over the previous smartphone.

The Phantom X is our flagship device, and it is bigger and better than the previous version,” he explained. Ghanaians can purchase one for 2,795 cedis at retailers around the country starting July 5 or pre-order one on the TECNO website.

“PHANTOM X isn’t simply an innovative high-end smartphone; it empowers the modern remarkable persons’ way of life being bold to reject the commonplace, always strive for achievement, and have the ambition to accomplish new heights,” said Opoku Daniel, Branch Manager, Tecno Mobile, Northern Sector. In this attitude, we intend to continue to break new ground in product and design innovation, as we have done with PHANTOM X.”

Specifications:

The Phantom X, like the Phantom 9, sports an in-display fingerprint scanner as well as rapid face unlock for bio-authentication and is powered by a new 12nm MediaTek Helio G95 processor with Mali G76 GPU.

The Phantom X has 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, and it runs on HiOS, which is based on Android 11.

The smartphone is also equipped with a 4700mAh battery that supports 33W rapid charging, as well as Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, GPS, FM Radio, and Bluetooth connectivity. Van Gogh’s Starry Night and Monet’s Summer are the two creative colors available.
