Doreen Avio of Hitz FM will host a ‘Ghana Party in the Park’ in the United Kingdom.

Doreen Avio, a radio and television host, will co-host the 16th edition of ‘Ghana Party in the Park’ UK on July 24, 2021.

Doreen Avio joins the ranks of other female celebrities who have served as emcees at this famous international event, including actress Ama miya Aberese.

Doreen Avio is no stranger to emceeing events, but she sees doing it on a global scale as a challenge to overcome. That is to say, she is happy and ready to take on any challenge.

She remarked, “I am honored to be on this platform, and I am eager to enthrall patrons.”

Doreen has received numerous awards, including the Female on Air Personality at the Moreklue All Youth African Awards (MAYA), best achiever in media (radio), Feminine Ghana Achievement Awards, Best TV Presenter at an event held in London, United Kingdom, Best TV Presenter Nollywood Entertainment and Leadership Awards, and Best TV Presenter Nollywood Entertainment and Leadership Awards (NELAS).

Doreen Avio co-hosts Hitz FM’s late afternoon show “Cruise Control” and Joy News’ “Let’s Talk Entertainment.”

She has hosted a number of major events in Accra, including the MTN Music Festival, Heroes Concert, Women Connect Conference, Ghana Party in the Park lunch, and others.

Trent Park in the United Kingdom will host the much-anticipated annual event.

Mr Drew, S3fa, Amerado, D Black, Yaw Tog, Kofi Jamar, Kweku Flick, Kwabena Kwabena, Malcum Nuna, D Black, and others are among the artists on the lineup, with rapper Sarkodie serving as the event’s Creative Director.

The festival, which began in 2005 and is organized by the Akwaaba Group, draws around 8,000 people from the United Kingdom, Ghana, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Canada, and the United States, making it one of the largest Ghanaian events held outside of the West African country.

The festival’s ultimate purpose is to showcase Ghanaian music, food, art, and entertainment.

Doreen will be joined by Ham K, Ama K Abebrese, and Mz Dru as hosts.
